Responsibilities:

* Work directly with clients in a fast paced, creative environment

* Act as the primary point of contact for multiple clients

* Provide project management:

o Follow-up on projects

o Prepare and submit estimates

o Coordinate incoming work

o Understand project specifications

o Order entry

o Schedule production

o Prepare distribution list

o Invoicing as needed

* Work with clients and account executives to identify workable production solutions for challenging projects

* Communicate and coordinate with other service locations nationally as well as subcontractors and installers to ensure a quality product within time restrictions

Requirements:

* Customer Service experience in a printing or promotional marketing business preferred

* Print production or traffic manager background in a fast paced design/marketing environment translates well

* Experience/competence with Microsoft Office, specifically, Excel spreadsheets, Word and Outlook.

* Ability to build and establish business relationships

* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

* Great communication skills--verbal and written

* High energy, positive and upbeat personality with a passion for providing outstanding customer service
