Position Summary:
The Eastern Wyoming Community Engagement Manager will lead the Alzheimer's Association's programs, development, and volunteer engagement strategies that strengthen our capacity to reach and serve more people in Wyoming.
Programs: Develop and implement the Alzheimer's Association's program delivery and growth strategy to reach more people with volunteer-delivered programs, especially in new, underrepresented, and rural/frontier communities. Identify, recruit, engage and grow volunteers and community partners while meeting Association best practices to achieve growth goals and benchmarks.
Development: Utilize proven networking and relationship building skills to cultivate key community connections, drive success and achieve revenue goals by strategically identifying and engaging community and corporate leaders and building and empowering sustainable volunteer committees that support the Walk to End Alzheimer's and The Longest Day.
This position is grant funded.
