Join us as an entry-level Laboratory Technician! You'll be integral to our production labs, maintaining high standards for groundbreaking discoveries. Your dedication to GLP and GMP will uphold our QMS, while your attention to detail keeps our lab water system running efficiently. From inventory management to hands-on lab tasks, you'll be at the heart of our flawless operations.

As a Laboratory technician, you will:

  • Maintain production laboratory readiness through good laboratory practices (GLP) and good manufacturing practices (GMP) by accurately following the procedures outlined in the Quality Management System (QMS)

  • Responsible for the daily qualification of the laboratory water system

  • Keep laboratory supplies ready by inventorying stock, placing orders and verifying receipt

  • Maintain glassware by picking-up, cleaning, washing, sterilizing, and distributing

  • Provide hands-on support in the lab to accomplish assigned tasks

  • Maintain lab equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance and calling for repairs (may be involved in instrument and equipment qualification)

  • Document information by maintaining daily logs and equipment record books

  • Conduct analysis associated with non-clinical laboratory studies under current GLP regulations and mentorship per FDA, ISO and other regulatory agencies

  • Improve laboratory and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Qualifications
  • 1+ year of lab experience or similar for entry into the job level

  • Proficient in interpreting SOPs, technical procedures, and regulations

  • Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; adept at problem-solving

  • Analytical with strong mechanical aptitude

  • Effective communication and presentation skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities

  • Adaptable to change and comfortable in multifaceted environments

  • Teammate with a service-oriented mentality

  • Capable of leading multifaceted workloads and prioritizing tasks successfully

  • Able to sit, stand, push/pull and lift up to 50 lbs regularly on a daily basis

The US pay range for this full-time position is $25.26 - $39.47/hr, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum new hire pay for the position across the relevant US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
