This position is required to provide leadership and consistency to the PACCAR Powertrain training organization. The person will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of a cohesive training strategy. This role will act as the liaison between program management, aftersales, and marketing to develop internal readiness for product support. The role will be responsible for developing partnerships with the training departments at Kenworth and Peterbilt and establish the training requirements of the PACCAR Powertrain product portfolio for dealer technicians and vehicle support center agents.
