Geriatric Mental Health Specialist

Setting: Skilled Nursing

Type: Part-Time, PRN

Wage: 40- 50/hr depending on experience

Location: Queen Anne Healthcare - 2717 N Dexter Ave. Seattle, WA 98109

Responsibilities:

The Mental Health Specialist is responsible for the assessment of appropriate documentation of clinical progress

  • Treatment Planning, Mental Health, and Psychology skills
  • Experience in substance use disorder counseling
  • Knowledge of case management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions

Qualifications:

Geriatric Mental Health Specialist certification

Licensed Mental Health Counselor
