In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with leadership and marketing to modernize sales presentations, marketing collateral and advertisements.
• Take complex ideas and translate them into powerful designs across social, web and print. This includes:
  • Landing pages and e-mail campaigns
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Infographics
  • Whitepapers and eBooks
  • Social media campaigns
• Interpret brand guidelines and work within them, while keeping solutions fresh.
• Work at a fast pace on multiple projects without compromising quality.
• Use resources efficiently, meet deadlines, and keep others informed of work plans and progress toward goals.
  

Who you are:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in marketing design; agency experience preferred.
• Design portfolio required.
• Experience with creating visuals and designing master templates in Microsoft PowerPoint required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Portfolio demonstrating a breadth of work across multiple design platforms both digital and print, emphasis on presentations and marketing collateral.
• Organization and flexibility, with strong communication skills and a passion for graphic design and marketing.
• Ability to show confidence in your design decisions to senior leadership and advocate for quality work that supports brand and business objectives.
• Problem solving mastery with ability to navigate ambiguity
• Polished illustration, photography, and creative motion graphics skills are a plus.
