What the day will look like

Compensation Consultant:

Aon's Reward Solutions team, which falls within the Human Capital practice group, empowers the world's most innovative organizations to hire, retain and engage the amazing people they need to create life-changing solutions and products.   • Research and analyze competitive compensation practices in a defined labor market
  • Perform specialized research studies on a range of compensation topics, as assigned
  • Analyze and interpret data and prepare summary reports
  • Provide routine, day-to-day support to consultants regarding the interpretation of data and findings
  • Maintain and update compensation and financial databases

Health and Benefits Specialist:

The Health Solutions Specialist will contribute to the team's success by taking ownership of and accountability for assigned projects and deliverables. You will play an integral role on the client team, with exposure to all aspects of day-to-day client service delivery. This includes:

  • Proactively building knowledge base of health and welfare benefits
  • Developing an understanding of basic business and financial concepts
  • Collaborating with others to get input on identifying and resolving issues
  • Collecting, analyzing, and preparing information to facilitate requirements of client requests

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel spreadsheets, Word processing, PowerPoint, e-mail and internet tools

Education: Bachelor's degree in: Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Human Resources, Public Health, Communication or a related degree preferred, but open to other majors.

Applicants for this role should graduate between Spring 2023 to Spring 2024 and have a GPA of 3.0 or above.

The target salary range for this position is $54,500 to $57,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
