PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for an Assembly Mechanic - Fuselage I4 in Renton, Washington.

Pay Rate: $53.15 per hour

Job Description
Assemble, install, seal, rig, inspect, and complete precision and other structural and system components, working from drawings, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements, and established processes and procedures. Functional test and correct, fit form and function of assemblies and components.

Duties:
1.Drill out rivets
2.Shoot rivets in skin panels
3.Squeeze rivets common to interior structure
4.Remove Hi locs
5.Install Hi locs
6.Perform cut and splices
7.Pull holes
8.Oversize holes
9.Layout holes by hand
10.Ability to read and interpret drawings (blueprints)
11.Ability to install freeze plugs
12.Install bushings

Requirements
WORKERS MUST BE ABLE TO START TRAINING IN WICHITA on Monday,4/15/24 THEN HEAD TO RENTON ONCE TRAINING IS COMPLETE.

Contractors will get reimbursed for rental carand lodging while in Wichita. The company will take care of the flight (to and from). Contractors will get a per diem of $110 while in Wichita.
*Candidates that reside 100 miles outside of the work location of Renton are also eligible for weekly per diem of $110

For safety purposes, sturdy, full-cover, low heeled shoes must be worn in the shop areas.
Dresses, skirts and jewelry are not allowed in the shop areas to avoid accidents and injuries.

? Safety Steel-toed shoes/boots
10+ years' experience (at least 10 years, if they are not as strongly skilled then they probably need more years of experience) (A&P license is not a requirement)

Contractors will work in the 737 fuselage area so they must have strong sheet metal experience.

Must be able to pass the Plate Test
Blueprint required


Pay Details: $53.15 per hour
