HR and Payroll Specialist


Our HR/Payroll Specialist serves as a member of the Human Resources team providing the highest level of service to employees at all levels in our organization.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Process semi-monthly payroll for 140 employees.
  • Act as main point of contact for audits as they relate to payroll.
  • Ensure ADP payroll taxes are properly calculated and reported.
  • Ad hoc reporting of human resources data
  • Work with third-party to collect data and prepare EEO-1 and Vets 100 reports.
  • Manage 401K and Health Savings Account Deposits.
  • Troubleshoot ADP for employees and managers.
  • Ensure ADP features are properly setup and optimized.
  • Answer general HR questions and back up HR team members.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of private employee and Bank information.
  • Protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of Human Resources information.
  • Maintain compliance with all other banking regulations and Bank policies, as they relate to the primary duties and responsibilities.
  • Successful completion of required compliance related training within prescribed timelines.
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned.

Desired Experience


  • Minimum of three years' experience managing full-cycle payroll using ADP WorkforceNow.
  • Minimum two years' Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Excellent communications; interpersonal, writing, grammar, and word processing skills required.
  • High level of skill and comfort with data entry and report generation required.

Preferred Education/Training


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Pay Range


  • $65,000 to $85,000 Annually
