This position under the general direction of the Accounts Payable Supervisor will perform a variety of clerical and accounting duties to process all invoices and to manage and maintain all records of payments made.
Pay ranges from $28.50 - $30.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Match invoices to receiving documents, verifying that all prices and quantities agree.
  • Post invoices into the computer system.
  • Generate accounts payable and refund checks.
  • Receive and process check requests, verifying them for accuracy and completeness of information and approvals in compliance to company policy.
  • Research vendor statements, phone calls, and discrepancies.
  • File paid and unpaid invoices and statements.
  • Organize and match returns paperwork.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred but not required; or one or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Great Plains, eoStar, experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), and 10-key.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be detail oriented, with problem solving ability, and strong organization skills.

  • This position will be performed at the Corporate facility in Bellevue, WA.
