Salary: $74,000-$78,000

Reports To: General Manager

Job Summary

The Coffee Bar Manager will focus on innovative hospitality and creating the cafe experience for the Google Food Program to support operational excellence. This position reports into the General Manager and will leverage their strong hospitality and operational skills to oversee the daily administrative and operational tasks, including financial management and analysis, sanitation and safety.

The role will be based in Seattle, WA.

The great things you'll do:
  • Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates.

  • Plans, markets and executes special events/promotions in the cafe

  • Ensures compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards

  • Operates within the budget and identifies new ways to improve the business

  • Manages cafe operations

  • Performs other duties as assigned

What we look for in the perfect candidate:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations

  • Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel,

  • PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet

  • ServSafe and Washington State food handler card is required
