Job Description
Business Development
Lead RFP process and work cross-functionally with Project Development Services, Engineering, Marketing, and Agency Leasing on proposals
Track timely submission of all proposal components, including all RFP milestones and due dates
Prepare and deliver client presentations and Property Management brochures
Financial Analysis
Track overall Regional budget, revenues, expenses, allocations
Manage corporate bill-backs, Accounts Receivable
Evaluate current and future assignments / clients to ensure business sense
Underwrite potential new business assignments
Support property teams as needed with financial support / liaising with corporate finance
Operations
Update property management portfolios, bios, organizational charts, and other property management personnel databases
Maintain and upkeep CRM to track business pursuits
Manage calendaring, meeting planning, team socials and expense reporting
Prepare service contracts for building vendors, track certificates of insurance and assist with invoices
Manage CEP / OCP
Communications
Develop creative content for LinkedIn posts to share compelling stories about JLL and engage with the commercial real estate professional community
Create and distribute internal monthly newsletters to showcase regional updates and highlight team recognition
Ensure all communications (both written and oral) are of the highest quality, in accordance with JLL standards

You have 5+ years of commercial real estate experience
You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
You have excellent oral and written communication skills
You have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level clients
You possess outstanding work ethic and the ability to deliver short- and long-term projects
You are detail-oriented, proactive and willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities
You are a self-starter who is able to work independently and aspires to lead
You are a team player who is committed to excellence, innovation, ethics and integrity
