Position Summary

The Finance Manager IBU is accountable for the financial leadership and financial management for an Interdependent Business Unit (IBU). The Finance Manager optimizes the financial and operational performance; achieves organizational objectives and strategic goals; leads efforts to improve operations and monitor metrics, including staffing, labor productivity, overtime, and serves as a key resource to monitor budget variances. The incumbent partners with clinical and operational leaders to provide guidance and share financial talent to maximize on financial opportunities; identifies opportunities for improvement and leads the execution of financial improvement initiatives - translating financial targets into actionable operating objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required; Master's degree preferred
  • Six (6) years of progressively responsible finance experience in a healthcare environment
  • Additional years of finance or accounting related experience in a private practice healthcare setting is highly desired
  • Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $98,634.00 - $141,939.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
