Title: Branded Merchandise Coordinator

Location: Seattle

Job Type: Part-time 15- 20 hours a week


What's the Opportunity?

Join our vibrant team as a Branded Merchandise Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, this position will oversee the ordering, inventory, and shipping of branded merchandise and swag. The ideal candidate will bring a creative touch to sourcing branded merchandise and a keen sense or organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Branded Merchandise Expertise:
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end process for ordering, tracking, and managing inventory of branded merchandise.
  • Collaborate with vendors to curate a collection of high-quality merchandise aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Implement efficient inventory management systems and reorder merchandise as needed.
  • Expertly coordinate the logistics of shipping branded merchandise to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with merchandise vendors, negotiating favorable pricing and terms.
  • Additional marketing and administrative tasks, as needed.

What Are We Looking For?

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in marketing coordination or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for branding and promotional merchandise.
  • Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in inventory management and shipping coordination is advantageous.

Salary and Other Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $22.50 - $24.50 an hour
  • Annual Bonus
  • Other potential bonus types: Billable Time Bonus, Spot Bonus, Milestone Anniversary Bonus, Receiving Professional License/Certification Bonus, Peer-reviewed Publication Bonus, Employee Referral Bonus.
