Personal Banking Consultant

Our Personal Banking Consultant is an integral part of our team and uses industry experience and a strong understanding of financial products to provide our customers with an unparalleled experience. Primary Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to uncover unmentioned financial needs they may not realize our bank can solve.
• Proactively assess clients' financial information by completing a Needs Assessment to determine total current and financial needs then summarize, recommend, present, and sell appropriate products and services.
• Maintain and service a book of clients by proactively reaching out to them via phone and email.
• Process daily transactions while conducting cross-sells to create new business and provide extra services.
• Be an innovative member of our team that is self-driven and eager to contribute to the long-term success of FFNWB.
• Other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualification

• Minimum of 3 years in banking/financial services industry. 5 years in banking/financial services industry preferred.
• Possess the ability to engage with customers, begin a conversation, build rapport, and handle objections. Be comfortable asking customers about their personal finances.
• Be equally comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Education/Training

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• DNA experience a plus.
• NMLS certified.

Pay Ranges

• $19.87 To $32.85 Hourly
• $1,500 Sign-On Bonus after 30 days
