Nakupuna Companies is seeking a Ship Maintenance Operational Transformation Analyst to support execution of the Naval Sustainment System - Shipyard (NSS-SY) Initiative at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS-IMF). The objective of the NSS-SY initiative is to improve overall public shipyard performance by increasing throughput, reducing ship maintenance costs, and shortened durations for ship maintenance availabilities to increase operational availability and deliver readiness to Fleet Commanders.

Education and Experience:
Military Installation Access: This position resides on a military installation or within a government facility. Candidate must be able to qualify for and maintain a Common Access Card.
Clearance: This position requires an active SECRET security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 (annualized USD). The good faith salary range displayed represents the position at time of posting and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
