Compensation Update: As of 4/21/2024, the pay scale is $19.54 - $27.36 USD.

Position Summary
Assists lead teacher in implementing activities that meet the physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of the children. Performs cleaning and sanitizing duties as needed.Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
12 college credits (State Initial ECE Certificate) required by August 2024.
Previous experience working with children required.
CPR/First Aid certification required.
Washington State (DOH) Food Handler's card required.
STARS certifications required within 6 months of hire.
Required to complete a TB Test every year as well as BBP/HIV training.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $16.28 - $21.56 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
