Alice Adams considers herself fortunate to have discovered her passion for writing at an early age. She has served as training director, marketing manager and director of public relations for IBM Corp., Xerox Corp., BMC Software and Service Corp. International and has held faculty positions at community colleges and the University of St. Thomas in Houston.

The author or co-author of more than two dozen books on business leadership and management, Adams is president of Alice Adams Communications and has been honored as an Outstanding Woman in Business and in Outstanding Young Women in America.

She and her husband, Ron, live in Austin, TX, where they enjoy travel, the arts, sports and their six grandchildren.
